The flavor of the old pier had less in common with a modern, safe and sterile amusement park as it did a traveling carnival. Now, you are more likely to see youngsters working on both sides of the booth. There's still an arcade, but it's been dressed up with paint and signage. It has all the latest computer games but still features a few classics of the pinball variety for the purist.
